Principles of personal data processing

In order to be able to contact you based on your request and financial compensation, we need to process some of your personal data.

  1. When requesting compensation for an event, we process the data in this form. These are mainly the name, e-mail, phone number, information about the date and place when and where the event happened, the license plate number of the culprit's vehicle in the event of a traffic accident. These data are necessary for us for further processing of financial compensation. Such processing of personal data is permitted by the GDPR regulation (performance of contract and fulfillment of legal obligations, possibly also legitimate interest).​

  2. We store your e-mail address in the database for sending Newsletters. Act 480/2004 Coll. allows us to do so, but you can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time. If you leave it to us for this use, we will have it in the database for 3 years.​

  3. The inquiry form requires personal information such as your e-mail and telephone number. We process this data only for the time necessary to answer your question.

  4. Personal information filled in as part of the form for providing a review (name or initials) is processed by us only for the purpose of sharing the review. Their provision is not required within the form for the possibility of maintaining anonymity.

  5. We do not transfer your data to any other companies.

You have the right to contact us at any time at the email address odskodneni@mojeodskodneni.cz, by phone at line +420 844 654 123 or at the above postal address and want information on what personal data we process; request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing; you can request a copy of the processed personal data; request us to delete personal data; in certain cases you have the right to data portability. If you think that we are not handling the data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or enforce your claims in court.
